On behalf of our developer client, Sovereign Group of Companies, Vestmont consulted on the Life Storage project from conception to completion. This climate-controlled, 910-unit, 125,000-square-foot self-storage facility required a comprehensive approach. We began by underwriting the deal to ensure its financial viability. Once confirmed, we navigated the zoning process to secure necessary approvals. Following that, we coordinated the selection of key vendors, including architects, engineers, contractors, and construction managers (CMs), ensuring the project was handled by the best in the industry. Throughout the construction phase, we provided oversight to ensure all work was completed on schedule and within budget. Finally, we managed the onboarding process and operational oversight until the facility reached full stabilization, guaranteeing its long-term success.
